Refund policy

As our products are food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at motibakeryahmedabad@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and assist you accordingly.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued in cases where the issue is verified and approved by our team.

Please note, we will not be able to entertain return requests for reasons such as change of mind, taste preferences, or delayed delivery due to courier circumstances.
